Extensive Appraisal Career in Indian Country
For more than twenty-five years, I have dedicated my professional career to working as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser within Indian Country. My primary focus has been on providing appraisal services throughout the diverse Northwest Tribal lands.
Geographic Scope of Work
The Northwest Tribal lands where I have completed assignments cover a broad geographic area. These lands span from the Pacific coastline in the west to the Cabinet Mountain Range in the east, reflecting a range of environments and landscapes.
Diversity of Appraisal Assignments
Over the years, I have completed a variety of appraisal assignments in these regions. My experience includes appraising properties along the ocean front as well as those located on arid grazing land, highlighting the diversity and complexity of the work undertaken in these unique areas.
