Training, Administration, & Consulting

We also offer training and consulting with tribal appraisal staff.  We offer in-office and virtual appraisal mentorship to staff appraisers, trainees, and realty specialists. 

Our appraisal training services include mentorship in appraisal development and report writing, conducting administrative reviews, and training on writing statements of work and SOW templates.  Additionally, we provide AVIS training, as well as appraisal related software and services training.

We offer consulting services to PL 638 Tribes and contract tribes who wish to streamline the appraisal process, to include the use of appraisal review waivers. With the massive reduction in AVSO staff, turnaround times are anticipated to be much longer for the foreseeable future.  As the NW Trust staff are former AVSO review appraisers, we can help develop a process to reduce AVSO appraisal/appraisal review turnaround times. Additionally, we offer office support services focusing on data retention, workflow streamlining, and appraisal related software.
